Interview With Fabrizio e Marco
Ciao A Tuuti,To All Dear Readers,We Have A Special Interview Today!,With Austrian Friends "Fabrizio e Marco",They Are One Of The Popular Artists At These Days,And I Am Their No.1 Fan In The World Of Italo Dance Music! ^_^ :
01) Who Are Fabrizio e Marco, Your Age And Where Do You Live?
Fabrizio (DJ, 31) e Marco (Vocals, 27) is a new Dance Project located in Vienna, Austria. We do a lot of Remixes and we also produce our own songs like “Call it Love” and “You Are”. We both live in Vienna and we are producing together for about 3 years now. Our Main Style is Italo but sometimes we do a little bit Hands up and some House.
02) How Did You Decide To Produce Songs And What Was Your First Song (Unrelease)?
We both love Italo Dance Music and so we decided to do the same. We started with some ideas and we were working very hard to get the sound that we have today. Our first song together was “When the rain begins to fall”…i guess we did 10000 versions of this song :o) “When the rain begins to fall” was released on Italo Mega Dance Vol. 4.
03) What Kind Of Music Do You Listen To,Your Favorite Djs (Artists) And What Is Your First Hobby?
We both listen to many kinds of music…from Pop to Dance. Marco: I am very into A Cappella Groups like “Ball in the House”, “Rockapella” and “The Blenders” from the USA.
Our favourite Dj’s are Dj Cerla, Gabry Ponte, Rob Mayth, Clubraiders, Andy Garcia, Max Deejay…
there are so many good Dj’s :o)
Our first Hobby is MUSIC!
04) Can You Tell Us That What Are Your Equipments Or Softwares For Use To Produce Your Music?
Yes of course. We are producing with Ableton Live 6. This is such a great software. We are using only Software Instruments (VST) for creating our sounds like Basses or Leads.
We use a Brauner Phantom C and a SPL Gainstation for Vocal Recording. This is great combination for cool Vocals.
05) Do You Think That Dance Music Is Going Through A Bad Time? How Do You See The Future Of Italo Dance?
No, we don’t think that Dance Music is going trought a bad time…and we don’t think that Italo Dance Music is dead. NO WAY! There will always be different kind of Styles…for now, House and Hands Up is dominating the Clubs. Let’s see what the Future will bring.
06) What Is Your Plan And Your New Project For The Future? And Do You Have A New Song (What Is The Name Of That)?
Yes we have a new single called “ Call it Love”. It will be released in a few weeks on ARC Records. Then we have a track called “You Are”…there is no release Date yet. It will be released on Suprime Music. You can find a remix of “You Are” on Super Italia Vol. 23 (You Are – Dj Blisco vs. Zed Concept)
You will find the Details for all that on our Website www.fabrizioemarco.com! Right now we do a Recipe (Recipe = our name for a Remix that we do!) of Deep Spirit – No Cover Song. This one will be a great Track. Check it out :o)
07) And What About Your Label?
Right now we are in touch with ARC Records (“Call it Love”) and Suprime Music (“You Are”). There is a big support from both Labels.
